MY AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS MIGHT BE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOU’RE USED TO, BUT EVERYONE WHO HAS DONE IT ONCE BECOMES A BELIEVER.

  1. Leave your bandage on for the rest of the night.

  2. Take the bandage off tomorrow morning. Clean your tattoo with antibacterial soap and water. Let your tattoo dry for the rest of the day.

  3. That night apply a thin layer of A&D or Aquaphor and then wrap your tattoo in plastic cling wrap. In the morning remove this barrier and wash your tattoo with soap and water (no hand towels). Air dry for 30 minutes.

  4. Apply a thin layer of mild fragrance-free lotion, such as Lubriderm or Curél.

  5. Repeat Step 3 for an additional two nights, and repeat Step 4 once or twice daily for 1-2 weeks.
